Lessons learned from today's autocross
1.) I'm slow; my friend beat my best time by 2 whole seconds on his first try with my car. Need to practice to be more wild and loose but stay in control.
2.) Washing car before race day: good idea. Washing car after race day instead: better idea.

Lesson 4, go karting. Nice car, you need some sway bars, that body roll is ridiculous.

Also already done, Racing Beat's '99-'00 largest's bar. Miatas just come with really soft springs from the factory.

I'm 2 for 2 in spinning the Miata out at events this year, might be a monthly occurrence.

I think that was the problem, lol, even with the front sway bar the car tends to oversteer on exits if I push too hard while on gas. It's almost like an AP1 S2K in how it wants to go into snap-oversteer.
